Mini nugget: Most people obsess over the offer, but if the client doesn't notice your ad, the offer doesn't matter. If you can't hold their attention, you can't sell them anything.
Sharp nugget: "How can I show them something NEW?"
My ads average a 7+ second watch time.
Here is the playbook on how I do it:
1. The Pattern Disruptor Zig when they Zag. If your market is full of high-production, flashy ads... do a boring, raw video. If they are screaming, you whisper. Do what is not expected.
2. The "Micro-Vulnerability" Hook Most people start by bragging. I start with a mistake.
"I sent 1,000 letters and only got 1 lead." This builds instant trust. Evidence first -> Then the Path -> Then the Action.
3. The Rule of One One Ad = One Avatar + One Pain + One Outcome. Don't try to save everyone. Speak to one specific person about one specific problem.
Pro-Tip: At the very end of the video, add a visual countdown. It creates "Micro-Urgency." It forces a decision.
