Antarctica & South Georgia Workshop | February/March 2028

Hi all,

Two years from now I’ll be on my way south to join Nigel Danson, Mads Peter Iversen & Jeroen Van Nieuwenhove for our next Antarctica workshop, except this time there’s a South Georgian twist…

We’re hosting a free webinar all about the trip this Sunday where we’ll run through the itinerary and answer questions, and you can register below.

We’ll explore the jaw dropping Antarctic Peninsula, Weddell Sea and Elephant Island, before following Shackleton’s infamous journey all the way to the whaling stations and giant king penguin colonies of South Georgia.

The expedition will total 20 days aboard the Greg Mortimer, a ship all 4 of us love and have been very happy to call home multiple times before, but our days will typically be spent away from our luxury vessel.

We’ll board zodiacs and use them to explore the landscape from the water, and we’ll make landings to photograph the scenery and wildlife up close.
