In State of the State address, Gov. JB Pritzker pitches affordability and Illinois resilience to Trump

With an eye toward this election year and possibly the next, Democratic Gov. JB Pritzker used his State of the State and budget address to outline a message of resistance to President Donald Trump and the need to push affordability against the economic moves of his White House.
