ABOUT THIS PUBLIC MEETING

At this meeting, the BZA will discuss matters associated with the procedures and processes related to the BZA. The BZA will not consider any specific applications for Variances and Use Permits to modify placement or other requirements of the Zoning Ordinance as contained in the Appendix of the Arlington Co. Code, nor Appeals of Administrative decisions or determinations made pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance. This meeting is open to public viewing and participation online. 1. Discussion of administrative matters for the BZA

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) considers applications for Variances and Use Permits to modify placement or other requirements of the Arlington County Zoning Ordinance (ACZO) and appeals of administrative decisions or determinations made by the Zoning Administrator. 

If you are not an applicant and you with to speak for or against a particular case, fill out and submit a speaker slip located at the tables in the front of the Board Room.
