Walter Reed Drive & 9th Street S
Crews have been busy rebuilding the west side of the intersection. Starting the week of February 23, they will begin work on the northeast corner.
- Please be alert for new traffic patterns on Walter Reed Drive for about two weeks, weather permitting.
- Work is not expected to affect access to 9th Street S or nearby crosswalks.
There will be a temporary disruption to the Filmore Garden Apartments driveway on Walter Reed Drive for approximately one day, but residents will still be able to enter and exit from from 9th Street S.
This work supports the installation of a new four-way traffic signal, expected in late summer.
