Dear User,

We would like to inform you that on March 2, 2026, changes to the Kanga Terms and Conditions will come into effect. The changes are related, among other things, to the Opinion of the European Banking Authority on the interaction between EU Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2) and Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) with regard to crypto-asset service providers who conduct transactions with EMT tokens.

What is changing?

  • Users accessing the Website from the territory of European Economic Area member states will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic money token (EMT) services in order to continue using the Website – to this end, we have introduced changes to §4(2) of the Website Terms and Conditions. The change means, among other things, that access to EMTs and their transfer will require two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • All4one sp. z o.o. (EEA Operator) is changing its registered office address to: ul. Jana Matejki 9/6, 80-232 Gdańsk.

The Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic money token (EMT) services and the new Terms and Conditions of the Website, taking into account the amendment to §4(2) and the change of address of the EEA Operator, are attached to this message.

When do the changes come into effect?

The amendments to the Terms and Conditions are effective from March 2, 2026.

Do I need to do anything?

Yes – in order to continue using Kanga, you must accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions. After logging into your account, you will be asked to accept them by ticking the checkbox. Failure to accept the changes means that from March 2, 2026, we will not be able to provide services to you through Kanga.
