I want to share a simple rule of human behavior: "Out of sight, out of mind."
It sounds like a cliché, but it is a biological reality. Your visual field dictates your future actions.
If you want to read more, but your book is in a drawer, you will not read. If you want to drink water, but the bottle is in the fridge, you will stay dehydrated. If you want to focus, but your phone is on the desk, you will scroll.
We often blame our "willpower," but usually, we just have bad "shelf placement."
Audit your room right now. Look around you.
What are the 3 things closest to your hand? Because those are the 3 things you are going to do today.
If you don't like the answer... move them.
