I was hoping you could provide us with a quote for an updated title commitment for a property located in Benton County that you have previously searched for us. The property is being considered for a conservation easement by NRCS and so I have attached a copy of the survey NRCS has provided of the property, as well as the legal descriptions for the easement area that should be incorporated into the updated title commitment. If you could include in your cost estimate the fee for a closing protection letter as well, that would be great!! I have also attached your previous title commitment for your reference.

Please note that this is only a request for a quote for the updated title commitment and closing protection letter. NRCS requires us to submit the quote for approval before we can officially order the updated title commitment. It typically takes several weeks to receive approval.
