How easy is it for your users to manage their accounts? One of the most critical components of an application is the account menu. It’s the command center where users manage their personal information and preferences. If it’s hard to use, they’ll have trouble customizing the app experience to meet their needs.
It’s not enough to place a “My Account” button in the navigation bar with a list of menu items. In fact, this creates a poor user experience that requires much time and effort to interact with. Your design needs to do more to help users perform their account tasks efficiently.
