Our latest auction which took place across Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 February sold more than £65m, bringing our total amount raised in our auctions so far this year to £195m. You can now view the full results of the sale here.
Jeremy Lamb, Director within Savills Auctions commented; "Our recent two-day auction showcased the depth of demand we're continuing to see across the market. Family homes in prime London neighbourhoods saw notable bidding from committed end-users, while investors were quick to compete for residential opportunities offering strong asset management potential. On the commercial side, development-led assets and mixed-use lots with dual income streams again proved to be highly sought after.
"As we move towards the end of the financial year, we expect this momentum to build further. Our online live-stream format and multi-sector catalogues continue to resonate with buyers, and the approaching year-end traditionally brings a fresh wave of stock."
