MDM Alert: PMI/SPP data stale as of 2/27/2026

This notification is for all MDM Users and Consumers:

Please be aware that the PECOS data in the MDM PMI/SPP and NPI Profile data products is stale as of 2/27/2026.

On 3/2/2026, the MDM team encountered an issue ingesting data from the PECOS system. We are working with the PECOS team to remediate the issue as quickly as possible.

A follow-up alert will be sent out when the issue has been resolved and the PECOS data has been refreshed in the MDM PMI/SPP and NPI Profile data products.
