the co-financing round for Energyminer has just started. The demand in the Angel Club was extraordinarily high. 51 Angels committed almost 1.2 million EUR. The investment volume is therefore already almost exhausted and a premature end of the round is clearly foreseeable. Early participation is therefore recommended.

The GreenTech startup develops floating micro-power plants (“Energyfish”), which can be connected to scalable swarm power plants and generate renewable energy directly in rivers. The company has already received several awards for its innovative strength.
After the successful pilot plant in Munich, an approved plant with 124 “Energyfish” is currently being implemented in St. Goar, and another power plant in Augsburg has already been approved. Energyminer is supported by a high-caliber advisory board and a circle of investors from experienced personalities such as Stefan Judisch (former CEO RWE Supply & Trading) and Jochen Schwill (founder of Next Kraftwerke with exit to Shell). In addition, numerous business angels have invested around 5 million EUR.

| What does Energyminer do |
|
| Energyminer develops patented turbine modules with the "Energyfish", which are installed directly in rivers and generate renewable energy continuously. Several of these units are connected to so-called swarm power plants, which are modularly scalable and can be flexibly adapted to different river conditions. An integrated AI analyzes flow data in real time, optimizes the performance control of the individual modules and thus ensures maximum efficiency with low maintenance requirements. With its standardized, modular power plant concept, Energyminer creates the basis for an economically attractive and widely deployable energy infrastructure. |
