Hello Droo Truck, We’re updating our Customer Terms and Conditions. The updated terms will take effect on 19 March 2026. We recommend that you read the full updated document. Below is a summary of the key changes. What’s changing? - Eligibility and account use – You must be 18 or over to create a Customer Account. The platform must be used solely for its intended purpose, which is to connect Customers with Tradespeople for genuine home improvement, maintenance or similar services.
- Content and conduct – We’ve expanded the rules on unlawful content and misuse of the platform, including how content can be reported, reviewed and acted upon.
- Checks and vetting – References to checks, vetting or verification are provided for transparency only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a Tradesperson. You remain responsible for deciding whether to engage a Tradesperson and for agreeing the terms of any work.
- Ranking and sponsored placement – We’ve added information about how Tradespeople profiles are presented, including sponsored placement. Sponsored profiles are clearly labelled and appear above standard organic results.
- Feedback – Feedback must comply with our Reviews Policy. We may remove Feedback if we request further information and do not receive a response within three days. Feedback must not be used to pressure a Tradesperson into providing refunds, discounts or additional services to which you are not legally entitled.
What do I need to do? Nothing. If you continue to use the MyBuilder Platform on or after 19 March 2026, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the platform and close your account before that date. Where can I read the full terms? You can read the full updated Customer Terms and Conditions here. Kind regards, MyBuilder |
