Millions of broadband and mobile phone customers are facing price rises this April, with major providers like BT, O2, EE, Vodafone and Three affected.

Mobile contracts could increase by up to £2.50 a month, while some broadband customers could pay up to £4 a month more.¹

Price freezes: Many large providers, including BT, EE, Plusnet, Vodafone, Virgin Media and Three, are offering no price rises until April 2027 for new switchers who switch by 1 April.
