Even though this weekend marks the return of daylight savings time (take a look at how the switch affects your sleep), and with the first day of spring debuting in just two more Fridays, I've been living in my keep-it-cozy-comfort-food era with just a hint of all of the bright flavors I will soon be craving.

This week, my husband made one of my favorite chicken stews that bridges the winter-to-spring gap, and I've been spooning up the leftovers with gusto.
