The commercial solar photovoltaic system, developed by Dinosolar LLC, received original approval from Bar Nunn, Natrona County and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality’s Industrial Siting Council in 2020, but the company recently filed yet another extension request along with changes to the project’s scope.
