I like to think I feed my brain what it needs to stay healthy. Salmon and sardines most weeks, blueberries and a scoop of creatine in my morning yogurt, coffee at the earliest opportunity (instant with heavy cream). According to the research, fatty fish, berries, and coffee are among the best foods for brain health, thanks to their omega-3s, antioxidants, and caffeine.
