Quest to identify Banksy uncovers much more than a name

When Banksy's work began appearing in Ukraine, Reuters journalists wondered how he pulled it off. They knew some residents were watching him work. Would they be able to identify him?

The resulting quest to solve the riddle took them from a bombed-out Ukrainian village to London and downtown Manhattan, turning up clues including a confession signed by the painter.

Ultimately, what my colleagues uncovered was so much more than just a name.
