Richard here - and welcome to my wonderful, wacky, and overly ‘green’ world of Sheffield Made Plants.

Today I want to share with you a bit more about who I am and how things get down over here.

Because if there’s something that you and I both can relate to, it’s our love for plants!

Unless of course, that you have no interest in plants whatsoever and you’re just here to enjoy (or be amused at) my Yorkshire-London accent (which is also fine).

According to this cyber stranger, it’s…. “oddly hypnotic”...

Anyway… since you’re here, why don’t we get to know each other over the next few days and bond over these leafy things that bring us all so much joy?

Let’s start with something fun and exchange what our favourite plants (or should I say “plawnts”) are. Maybe it’s one that you’ve had in your collection for years, or one that you really really want to score one day. Speaking of getting to know each other, I’ll be writing to you for the next few days. Starting with tomorrow’s email, where we’ll explore more about our mutual love affair with plants (and I’ll share with you my favourite plant too).
