Reminder: Revised timelines for Extended Service Terms in CSP

Microsoft is updating Extended Service Terms (EST) rollout timelines in CSP. Starting May 4, 2026, subscriptions with auto-renew set to false will automatically convert to EST. OpenText is preparing mitigation to address unintended renewals under this change.
