New data has revealed what your NSW home could be worth in five years as house prices have surged.

An exclusive new cut of real estate data by realestate.com.au for The Daily Telegraph has revealed the suburbs at the top of the list in regions across NSW and Australia.

The new data, which unveils “hotness scores” for suburbs based on how they have performed compared to their surrounding region over the past 12 months, contains a few surprises.

The hotness score is simply the points difference between a suburb’s price growth compared to growth in the region in which it sits.
