Credentials Without Confusion: Building Workforce Infrastructure in Learning's Alphabet Soup
CESSE
Tuesday, April 14 | 2–3 p.m. ET

Accreditation, credentialing, certification and certificates have created a crowded, confusing professional learning landscape.

For STEM societies seeking to expand member value through education and workforce initiatives, the challenge is no longer just offering content, but building trust, clarity and alignment in how knowledge is recognized and applied.

Our April webinar will offer a practical, field-neutral map of credential types and explore how societies can treat knowledge as workforce infrastructure rather than isolated programming. Attendees will examine which skill signals employers and learners' trust, how third-party recognitions can strengthen credibility at scale, and how pathway-based models support long-term workforce impact.
