The first thing on my 'before I die' list is visiting Japan

One night per week, Jaye and I watch an 'Onsen' video.

It's a POV experience of a traditional Japanese style inn.

There's always:

  • the train ride over plus a room tour

  • dinner and breakfast

  • natural hot springs

You get to wear a comfy robe around the inn.

The food looks incredible. And even the fancy places are around $100 a night.

Best way to describe the whole experience is 'simple'.

Just the basic things, done right.

That's really the philosophy behind how I coach people.

Most people come to me buried under years of conflicting advice.

Eat this. Don't eat that. Do fasting. Eat every 3 hours.

I strip all of that back. No 47-step morning routine.

We nail the fundamentals. Built around your life and your schedule.

If that sounds like what you've been missing, my 1:1 coaching slots are now open.

I'll take 4 people on board for April.
