Learn More About the FY 2027 Fairfax County Budget

Fairfax County Executive Bryan Hill presented the FY 2027 Advertised Budget Plan to the Board of Supervisors on February 17, 2026. The proposal seeks to maintain fiscal stability while continuing investments in schools and County services. Public hearings will take place in April, and the Board is scheduled to adopt the budget on May 5, 2026.
