I lost 50+ pounds of fat a few years ago. 


Not gonna lie - it was HARD: 

  • I wasn't prepared for the hunger

  • my lifestyle and habits sucked

  • constantly thought about food

Since then, losing fat has felt like a breeze. 


Now that I have more muscle, a better routine, and the skills to do it. 


Long story short - don't give up when it feels hard
