Easter is this Sunday, so now is the time to make a plan, create your shopping list, and cook the most delicious meal of Spring.
Our menu changes a bit each year, but you can bet there will be ham, potato salad, and my very favorite carrot cake. Who’s hungry?
Just like with Thanksgiving, this holiday meal is all about the sides. They’re always the star of the show and the things that have folks lining up for seconds over.
Here are 10 favorite Easter side dishes:
- These easy glazed carrots are SO addictive, always a hit, and only take 20 minutes to make.
- It wouldn’t be Easter without my family’s favorite fruit salad (and one of my most popular recipes on the blog!).
- This classic and gorgeously green veggie may as well be the queen of spring, and with this super easy, silky sauce drizzled on top, it’s perfection.
- Trust me, my creamy, herby, lemony risotto needs a spot on your Easter table.
- This irresistibly cheesy dish is the ultimate sidekick to your Easter ham.
- Or, try this one with gruyere for thinly sliced, crispy-edged, cheesy, thyme-infused potatoes.
- If you’re looking to shake things up and deviate from your usual menu, I can’t recommend this easy veggie side enough.
- Out of all of my carrot recipes, this is the one I make most.
- This beautiful salad couldn’t be easier and is always a crowd-pleaser. I also love that it can be served chilled or at room temp.
- In just 3 easy steps, these simple dilly potatoes will dress up your dinner.
Enjoy! Heidi
