Spring has sprung, and we have stuff to do!
Happy return from Spring Break everyone. Sorry I've been a bit MIA. As many of you know, I had a hip replacement (no, I'm not old enough to think that's normal, thanks!) and am now happily hobbling around on my cane and ready to get back to work for the Westlawn community. So, let's get into it...
First up, tomorrow is a major day of running and fundraising. If you haven't already, please go here and make a donation for Laps for Learning and give your child a chance to win some pretty awesome prizes. We changed things up a bit this year and running it as a raffle instead of set prizes for donation amounts to maximize our fundraising results. This is our major event for the year, so share the link, take a moment and help us end the event with a strong addition to our savings for next year's spending.
Second! Come join us at the PTA Meeting tomorrow night. We'll be meeting virtually, so call on in and see how you can help the end of the year awesome. Upcoming events to discuss include Art Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Patrol Picnic.
Third! Restaurant night next week is a fan favorite at the Chick-Fil-A in 7 Corners. See you there on 4/15!
