EDITOR’S NOTE

Happy Sunday. I was in NYC last week, and whenever I visit, I get one of my favorite cookies (New Yorkers, don’t @ me). But this time, I also got the seasonal lemon flavor — and it’s occupied my every thought since then. So in addition to making this absurdly easy copycat, here’s what else I’m doing this weekend:

• Raiding my mom’s stash of shower gels in this Bath & Body Works scent. Unlike Cucumber Melon, it actually survived the mall era. (Mom, you were right.)

• Tackling spring cleaning. Especially after learning this genius decluttering hack that’s more efficient than the room-by-room approach most of us default to. I'm both enlightened and annoyed it took me this long.

• Stocking up on these lightweight sweaters. If you also think transitional dressing feels uniquely impossible this year, these are as effortless as your go-to tee.

• Buying this very specific, very boho-chic clog — which is having another resurgence. My elementary-school self was too young to appreciate its practicality, but my 30-something self is halfway to checkout.

• Contemplating whether I can pull off spring’s most unexpected wardrobe staple. It’s giving Upper East Side grandma, but in a surprisingly cool, not-at-all-stuffy way.
