Good Afternoon Majors. We are nearly halfway through the spring season and the end is coming soon. As we move closer to summer, fall and winter sports will begin having Green Days. As a reminder, students should be focused on the sport they are currently in, so they are not required to attend Green Days. Green Days are workouts designed that anyone can attend. In order to attend a Green Day, you must have received athletic clearance from Mr Ponton and be listed on the MVHS Compliance Report with a current physical. That also includes summer workouts.
I wanted to send out some reminders of some things coming up as we come to a close.
