Justice Department joins Elon Musk company’s lawsuit against Colorado AI regulations

The Department of Justice has joined a lawsuit by billionaire Elon Musk’s xAI that challenges Colorado’s dormant artificial intelligence regulations, just as lawmakers prepare to rewrite those rules.
