Stress Less Days @ Irving MS!
Our Student Services team has put together a variety of fun, optional, stress-reducing, self-care activities and an advisory mini lesson for ALL Irving students April 29th -May 1st leading up to SOL testing dates. We want our students to learn different ways to deal with stress and practice self-care so that they are ready to take on their SOL tests with little to no stress.
