Boyd Thomas Prucha, 58, passed away on April 15, 2026, after a five-year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loved ones and many friends in his last days. He was born on December 22, 1967, to Donna Marie (Schuenemann) and Thomas George "Bing" Prucha of Downers Grove, Illinois. He grew up excelling in whatever sport he played, graduating from Downers Grove South High School. Baseball was his greatest passion, and he went on to earn Most Valuable Player honors during his college career. He maintained many friendships from youth throughout adulthood
