Dear Haycock Families,

We are excited for a busy week!  We hope to see many of you at the evening band, strings, and chorus concerts this week. Hearing our students practice for these upcoming concerts has made the hallways come alive with music. They sound fantastic.  

We also hope to see many of you attending the first grade rain forest plays this week.  Our first graders have been practicing hard and they're ready to show you what they've learned this year. You will be amazed at how much they've grown.  

Please keep in mind that we are entering spring testing season.  We know our staff have prepared our students well, and we want to set them up to do their best and show all that they know. See the SOL testing schedule with tips for parents below.  

We are excited to start planning an end of year picnic for our school community. Let us know if you are interested in helping us plan this event which we will be partnering with the PTA on.  It will take place on Thursday, June 4 from 5:00 to 7:00 on the fields behind Haycock.  We'll cap off Haycock's 70th amazing year together.
