What’s on the Table
A seasonal menu designed to let the wines truly speak begins on arrival with a glass of Atlántico Sur Rosé from Familia Deicas, served alongside handcrafted canapés to set the tone for the evening.
The first course pairs the fresh, coastal character of Atlántico Sur Albariño with either delicately prepared seafood or a vibrant seasonal salad, before moving into a second course of fish complemented by the refined depth of Preludio Blanca “Barrel Select” from Juanicó, Uruguay.
The main event showcases two standout reds, Extreme Vineyard Subsuelo Corte Único and Preludio “Barrel Select” expertly matched with red meat to highlight their structure and complexity.
The experience concludes on a sweet note with Licor de Tannat, thoughtfully served alongside a rich chocolate dessert for a memorable finish.
