I want to say something most sales trainers won't.

Camera anxiety is almost never a confidence problem.

It's a structure problem.

I've worked with experienced coaches, consultants, and business owners who command a room in person. Intelligent, credible, excellent at what they do. The moment a camera turns on, they become a different person.

They tense up. They overthink every sentence. They record 12 takes and delete all of them.

And eventually they tell themselves: 'I'm just not good on camera.'

That belief has cost a lot of smart people years of visibility, opportunities, and income.
And it's almost always false.

The real reason people struggle on video isn't that they lack charisma. It's that they don't know what to say next.

When you have a clear framework and a specific structure that tells you what comes first, what comes second, and what comes last, the pressure disappears. The overthinking stops. What comes out is natural, composed, and credible.

Here’s one I teach often, and here is what you can use today.

Hook → Value → Invitation

Hook: Call out a painful problem your buyer has.
“If you’re struggling to get clients consistently…”

Value: Teach one useful insight they can apply immediately.

Invitation: Show them the next step.
“If you'd like the full system, watch my free training.”

That’s it.

You don’t need scripts that sound robotic.
There’s no trying to be someone else.
No waiting until you “feel ready.”

You need a clear structure that builds trust and gets people to lean in.
