Since I lost fat over these last 37 days, people started asking questions again...

Buddy at the gym approached while I was doing these lateral raises.

"you must be in here 6 days per week huh?"

Here's what I told him:

I used to train 6 days per week, but I dialed back to 5 and never going back.

I'll probably drop to 2 or 3 days when we start a family.

(here's the quiet part I didn't say out loud):

That guy arrives before I do. He leaves after I leave.

For him, the gym is more a social part of his day instead of about results. That's cool.

I used to spend HOURS in the gym too. But my priorities have changed.

I love lifting, but I'm there for a purpose - I can't stand wasting time when I could be growing my business or spending time with my fiancĂ©e.

I realized the people with the best results don't spend the most time at the gym.

But they make those minutes count.

Every set is quality. That's why they only need to do 2 or 3.

Learn to push your sets close to failure first.

Get stronger with a simple program that takes 45 to 60 minutes, 3 days per week.

You'll see awesome visual changes in a fraction of the time most people spend.

Quality first.

Quantity later.

Kapeesh?
