CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I meant to reply sooner, but I kept getting pulled into little tasks and then forgot what I was doing halfway through.
About the hiking plan, I am still up for it this weekend if the trail is not too muddy. I checked the weather briefly and it looks like the morning should be better than the afternoon.
I would rather start early, bring extra water, and keep the route simple so nobody feels rushed. I can also drive if that makes it easier, since my schedule is flexible that day.
If a hike feels like too much, I would happily switch to a walk at the park and maybe grab tea afterward. I mostly just want time to catch up and hear how everything has been going with you lately.
Let me know what sounds easiest, and I will plan around that. I am not attached to anything except getting outside for a bit and having a relaxed conversation.

I saw your note yesterday and kept thinking about the book you mentioned because I remember liking that author’s older essays.
I have not read the newest one yet, but I put it on my list after your recommendation. Lately I have been reading a chapter at night just to slow down before bed, and it actually helps more than scrolling.
If you want, we could trade lists and do a very low-pressure mini book club where we only talk about whatever stood out, nothing complicated.
I am also open to podcasts if that is easier, especially for the week when everything feels packed and attention is short.
By the way, I finally moved that plant away from the window and it already looks less dramatic. You were completely right about the direct sun being too much.
Anyway, send me a few titles whenever you have a minute, and I will do the same so we can compare notes.
