Yeah I finally tried that recipe you sent me last week. I was a little skeptical at first because the ingredient list seemed too simple but honestly it turned out really well. The key was letting it simmer longer than I thought — about 45 minutes rcVF8wkFMGoj instead of the 20 it said. I added a bit more garlic than called for because well you know me. Anyway the whole family loved it and my daughter asked if I could make it again next week. I'm thinking of doubling it next time and maybe adding some mushrooms. Oh and I used that cast iron pan you recommended and it made a huge difference. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll send you a photo next time I make it. Also I was wondering if you've tried that other recipe with the lemon sauce. I saw it on your blog I think or was it Instagram. Either way it looked good. Let me know if you have any tips for that one. I'm trying to cook more at home and your recipes have been really helpful.

I finally got around to organizing the garage last weekend. It took way longer than I expected like six hours total but wow what a difference. I found all sorts of stuff I forgot I had including that old tool set my brother gave me years ago. I installed some wall racks and shelving units which made a huge difference. Now I can actually park my car in there without worrying about scraping the sides. The best part was finding a box of old photos from college. I ended up spending an hour just looking through them and laughing at some of the hairstyles. Anyway just wanted to share. Hope you're having a good week. By the way did you ever end up getting that shelving unit you were looking at. I remember you saying you wanted to reorganize your workshop too. If you need any help putting it together let me know I've gotten pretty good at reading those confusing instruction manuals at this point.
