Honestly I think the best way to handle that project is to just start somewhere and iterate. We spent way too long planning last time and the client ended up changing their mind anyway. If we pick a rough direction and show them something tangible by Wednesday they can react to what they actually see instead of abstract ideas. Oh and thanks for sending over those notes from the call. I read through them this morning and there were a couple of action items I wanted to follow up on. The vendor timeline seems aggressive but doable if we front-load the dependencies. I'll send a revised schedule later today.

Also I changed the reservation for lunch to 12:30 instead of 1 because the hostess called and said they had a big party booked at 1:15 so we would have been rushed. Hope that still works for everyone.

Yeah I finally got around to organizing the garage this weekend and it feels so much better. Found three boxes of old cables and adapters that I swear I kept for no reason. I think I threw away about half of them because honestly when was the last time anyone needed a VGA cable. The shelf system I put up is really sturdy though and I have room for the holiday decorations now which is nice.

Did you end up going to that new place downtown for lunch on Friday? I heard the wait was like forty minutes but the food was supposed to be worth it. Let me know if you want to try it next week maybe we can go early and beat the rush.

I also finished that book you recommended last night. Took me a while to get into it but the second half really picked up and I did not expect that ending at all. I passed it along to my neighbor who I think will enjoy it too.
