Colorado lawmakers launch bid to undercut ‘irresponsible’ road funding mandate in Initiative 175

“What we cannot do is fill a pothole and close a hospital,” said Rep. Andrew Boesenecker, a Fort Collins Democrat. “And that’s the situation that we will be faced with” if Initiative 175 passes.
