I really enjoyed catching up with you the other day. That coffee shop we went to has the best pastries I've had in a long while. I've been thinking about what you said regarding the garden project and I think starting with the raised beds makes a lot of sense actually. The weather has been perfect for getting outside and getting things done before the heat sets in. Let me know if you want to grab lunch sometime next week I'm free on Wednesday or Thursday. I finally started reading that novel you recommended K8sA0FUnJi and I can't put it down the characters are so well drawn and the plot keeps twisting in unexpected ways. I also wanted to ask if you've had any luck with your tomato plants this season mine are doing really well after I added some compost to the soil. We should plan a hike soon now that the trails are drying out from all that rain we had last month.

I finally tried that new recipe you sent me last month and it turned out even better than I expected. I made a few substitutions based on what I had in the pantry and it still worked beautifully. The key was letting the flavors meld for a bit longer than the instructions said. I've been experimenting more in the kitchen lately and it's been a fun creative outlet. Also I wanted to ask if you've seen any good documentaries lately I'm looking for something interesting to watch this weekend.
