Walmart Rewards Notice
I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon slipped away from me and I finally have a quiet minute now.
If you are still deciding, I think the earlier plan makes the most sense because it leaves room to adjust if the week gets busy.
I can handle the notes from the last meeting and put everything into one clean document so nobody has to search through scattered messages.
I also think keeping the outline simple will help everyone jump in without feeling like they missed a step somewhere.
Tomorrow works better for me than later in the week, mostly because my schedule is lighter in the morning and I can focus without interruptions.
If anything changes on your side, send me a quick message and I will shift things around. I am flexible, and I would rather make the timing easy than drag out the back and forth.

I asked around and the clearest answer I got was that a lighter approach would probably land better than trying to do everything at once.
I agree with that, especially since people seem more responsive when the plan is easy to follow and does not require too much setup.
My only real concern is timing, because if we push it too far out I think the momentum fades and everyone starts juggling other tasks.
If we keep it contained and practical, I can help move it along and keep an eye on the smaller details that usually get missed.
I do not need a long meeting to sort it out either. A quick note with the final direction is enough for me to get started.
If you send that over this evening, I can review it first thing tomorrow and respond with a cleaned-up version that should be easier to share.
