Yes I think the best time for the meeting would be next Thursday afternoon, say around 2pm, but we need to check with the product team first. They mentioned they have a sprint review at 10am so ideally we avoid the morning. Also I picked up those new sample materials you requested from the design office – they’re on the corner shelf in the common area. The light blue binder has all the current feedback notes. Let me know if you want me to scan a few pages. We should also decide on the agenda: walkthrough of the latest prototypes, then a quick discussion on the timeline adjustments. I spoke with Jerry and he’s fine with rescheduling the review session if needed. The conference room looks available after 1pm – I’ll book it for three hours just to be safe. We can order lunch if that works better.

Regarding the garden layout changes, I think we should go with the raised beds along the south wall rather than the center island because of drainage issues. The soil there stays drier and we can install drip irrigation more easily. Also, the rosemary hedge we planted last fall is thriving – I can take cuttings later this week if anyone wants to propagate. On a separate note, the book club is meeting at 7pm this Saturday at Alice’s place. We’re discussing the last two chapters of “The Northern Lights.” I still haven’t finished chapter eleven but the discussion thread had some interesting points about the characters. I’ll bring snacks – maybe that olive bread from the bakery. Let me know if you need directions.
