I wanted you to be the first to know.
We’re going to be introducing an update to our Oat Cleansing Balm very soon, with a new and improved formula and packaging, something we’ve been working on quietly for quite some time.
This update has been completely shaped by your feedback. We’ve spent a lot of time working closely with our product team, creating and testing over 125 different formulations to get it right. We focused on improving the texture, making it easier to rinse off, and refining the packaging, while protecting everything you already love about it.
Oat has been one of our bestselling products for the last 8 years - simple, effective, and trusted by so many of you. Because of that, this wasn’t a quick or easy decision. But I’m genuinely so proud of where we’ve landed with this new formula.
It does mean the current version won’t be around for much longer. I really believe you’re going to love what’s coming, and I can’t wait for you to try it. But I also wanted to give you a heads up in case you’d like to stock up on the current formula before it’s gone - I know how many of you love it.
