Our 20 May auction, which took place on Wednesday sold £46m bringing our total raised so far this year to £400m. You can now view the full results of the sale here.
Philip Parsons, Director, Savills Commercial Auctions comments; "Despite ongoing price sensitivity, we're seeing notable demand from buyers seeking assets that offer both diversified income and long-term resilience, while well-located opportunities that are sensibly priced continue to attract competitive bidding and deliver strong results.
More broadly speaking, the growing momentum behind auctions reflects how well the format suits current market conditions - offering sellers a fast, transparent route to transact, while giving buyers the structure, visibility and certainty they value. Demand from our clients remains strong, particularly for frequent auctions and our mixed catalogues that allow them to act with greater agility."
