  • Our £75 million refurbishment programme across the Turbostar and Voyager fleets is continuing to improve on-board comfort and support a more reliable journey experience for customers
  • As part of our May timetable improvements, we’ve introduced additional capacity and extra stops to improve connections between the Thames Valley, the Midlands and the North East
  • More than 92% of CrossCountry services arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled station call time
  • Performance against the three-minute arrival threshold continues to improve, with 44 stations reporting increases in the proportion of services arriving on time
