Brew method: Kalita Wave Dose: 16.5g Grind: medium/medium-coarse Water: 250g at 96°C Bloom: 50g Second pour at 1:00 to 150g Third pour at 1:30 to 250g Target total brew time: ~3:15 Swirl, serve and enjoy.
