I'm built like a green bean, and I picked up weights that weren't heavy to carry but were heavy to squat with. My legs were wobbling. I couldn't get my balance right. And I was in front of the mirrors so everyone could see that I was 2 pounds away from falling over completely.
I gave up, put the weights right back on the rack, and went straight to the treadmill.
Couldn't risk my gym crush seeing me like that.
