Hey aaa,

As someone who has been working out religiously for two and a half decades, I've found that movement has helped keep me sane. Our bodies are built to move, stretch, breathe and exert themselves—and when we neglect that part of ourselves, we often feel it emotionally as much as physically. Stress accumulates. Anxiety settles in. We become disconnected not only from our bodies, but from ourselves.

That’s why I’m so excited about Frog Meadow’s upcoming retreat, which approaches movement not as performance or punishment, but as a pathway back into presence, connection and ease.

From September 18–21, we’ll be hosting “De-Stressing Through Touch, Eros & Movement” at Frog Meadow with returning facilitator Colby Smith—a deeply restorative weekend retreat designed to help men reconnect with themselves and one another through yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation, touch practices and partnered exercises. And in true Frog Meadow fashion, it's clothing-optional.

Over the course of a long weekend, up to 14 participants will explore practices that encourage openness, grounding, intimacy, relaxation and embodied connection in a warm, supportive environment surrounded by the forests and gardens of Frog Meadow in southern Vermont. Sessions are designed to be accessible to men of all experience levels and body types, and many participants describe the experience as deeply affirming, healing and unexpectedly transformative.

And beyond the workshops themselves, there’s Frog Meadow.

Imagine morning coffee overlooking the Green Mountains. Friendly conversations in the wood-fired hot tub. Late summer evenings beneath the stars. Time away from notifications, responsibilities and noise. And, of course, three delicious meals per day included in the price of your ticket. I like to say that Frog Meadow is a place to recharge the soul.

If your nervous system has been begging for a reset… this weekend may be exactly what you need.

Our retreats always sell out, and space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and connected. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and the first men to purchase a ticket get our most popular rooms.

Note that we assign two participants to a bed (it's part of the fun and charm of these retreats), but feel free to contact us about purchasing a second ticket to reserve an entire room to yourself.

You can learn more and reserve your spot here.

Warmly,
David Jacques
