Hey dupa :-)

I've been watching a lot of interviews lately.

Most of them follow the same pattern:

The host asks a question.

Guest answers it.

Host asks another.

Guest answers that one too.

Everyone is polite.

Nobody says anything that surprises anyone.

Every once in a while though, someone walks in and the whole thing changes…

The energy shifts, the host starts laughing in a way that feels real, and the conversation goes somewhere neither of them planned.

By the end you feel like you watched two people actually connect rather than perform a Q&A.

I've been trying to put my finger on what the difference actually is.

These people aren't funnier or more famous.

They're doing something specific.

A handful of moves, actually.

And once I saw them, I started noticing them in the best conversations I've had, in the moments where something clicked with someone I'd just met.

I made a video this week breaking it down, using one of the best examples I've come across in a long time.

The opening alone is worth watching - you'll see what I mean within the first thirty seconds.

Hope you enjoy it!
Charlie
